What's Cooking

Grilled Chicken with Zesty Dijon Marinade

4 chicken breast halves trimmed
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together all ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate for one hour and grill. Serves 4

This is a quick and easy summer recipe. Double or triple it to feed a crowd.
