Spinach and Strawberry Salad
6oz bag of baby spinach washed
1/2 basket of strawberries cleaned and sliced
2 green onions chopped
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Place spinach, strawberries, green onion and sesame seeds in a bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Serves 4
This is an easy and delicious spring or summer salad. Enjoy!
